पृष्ठभागोऽयं यन्त्रेण केनचित् काले काले मार्जयित्वा यथास्रोतः परिवर्तयिष्यते। तेन मा भूदत्र शोधनसम्भ्रमः। सज्जनैः मूलमेव शोध्यताम्।

CHATRAKETU : The second son born to Lakṣmaṇa of his wife Ūrmilā. The eldest son was Takṣaka. Śrī Rāma after his return from the exile established a Kingdom called Agati on the eastern sea-shore and crowned Takṣaka as the King of that place. On the wes- tern side after subjugating the mlechhas (low-caste non-Hindu tribe) Śrī Rāma established another kingdom called Candramatī and installed Chatraketu as the King of that country. (Uttara Rāmāyaṇa).
