SAṀHITĀŚVA : A king of the Bhṛgu dynasty, grandson of Haryaśva and son of Nikumbha. Reṇukā, grand- daughter of Saṁhitāśva and daughter of Prasenajit was married by maharṣi Jamadagni. (Brahmāṇḍa Purāṇa, Chapter 1).
